Description
The Narva 12 Pin Flat Trailer Socket with Reed Switch for use with Normally Closed Circuits is a weatherproof electrical connector designed to provide secure, reliable circuit connections in automotive, trailer, and commercial vehicle wiring applications exposed to vibration and the elements. Built for vehicles with reversing sensors, these sockets incorporates an integrated reed switch that disables the sensors when a trailer is connected. This prevents repeated sensor alerts that detect the nearby trailer. The reed switch disconnects the reverse sensor once the socket lid is opened for plug connection.
